Malware protection program assessment includes reviewing the client’s technology infrastructure hygiene using either MalAid’s control framework or assessors could use CIS Controls. Based on the statement of applicability the assessment team shall select a framework for understanding the current state, conducting a gap analysis, and defining the future state of the program. Such assessment takes around 8-12 weeks and may include review organizational policy/procedure/guidelines, stakeholder interviews, and/or running static and dynamic tools. The client shall receive an actionable report to improve the maturity of the Malware protection program.
