Based on the statement of applicability the assessment team shall select a framework for understanding the current state, conducting a gap analysis, and defining the future state of the program. Such assessment takes around 8-12 weeks and may include review organizational policy\/procedure\/guidelines, stakeholder interviews, and\/or running static and dynamic tools.
